Season Finale with Daniel Harding and Augustin Hadelich
The musical highlight
On 26 June 2027, the Berlin Philharmonic concludes its concert season with its traditional open-air concert at Berlin’s Waldbühne.
Under the direction of Daniel Harding, the Berlin Philharmonic performs with Augustin Hadelich as soloist.
The programme ranges from Johann Strauss and Richard Strauss to Stravinsky’s ‘The Firebird’ and Maurice Ravel’s ‘La Valse’.
Augustin Hadelich performs two virtuoso works: Ravel’s ‘Tzigane’ and Pablo de Sarasate’s ‘Carmen Fantasy’.
With a capacity of around 22,000, the Waldbühne is one of Berlin’s most impressive open-air venues. The Berlin Philharmonic’s season finale has long been one of the city’s major summer music events.
